Yoga

Experience yoga in a one-on-one setting that speaks to your body, mind and soul, your breath – You!  We will explore the body, the inner world of life –  with a little bit of asana (yoga postures), meditation, pranayama (breath work) in a gentle and comfortable setting. We will engage in gentle yoga to calm the nervous system… allowing the body to rest in the awareness of your breath.
 
According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, yoga is:

“Yogas citta vrtti nirodhah: yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations, of the mind.”

 
We will explore this ancient practice with an open heart, laughter, healing, love, and gratitude for the body, the mind and the spirit.
